No they didnt refund any ppi. when I asked them to activate my loan insurance they cancelled the loan insurance and clsed my account and now credit solutions are taking £30 per month to pay the loan off. What does cca stand for sorry but im not to clued up on this

Hi In 2006 I took out a loan with barclays for £6000 plus loan insurance. In 2008 I contacted them to say that my business was in trouble and asked barclays to activate my insurance so the loan payments would be paid. I got a letter from Barclays saying they had cancelled the insurance. Now ive ended up paying a debt agency £30 per month to clear the loan. Does anyone know if I can claim against Barclays for unfairly cancelling my loan insurance. Any help you can give me would be graetly appreciated.

I am in the process of reclaiming my bank charges. I sent my Bank the letter requesting bank charges and after fifty days sent them a letter stating that if they do not respond I would be taking them to court. They have now sent me an Income/Expenditure form to fill in. Do they have the right to do this. Do I fill this in or do I continue to take them to court. The form asks absolutely everything about me. Any help that you can give me is very much appreciated.
