  1. One thing I think I did wrong though was that when I sent the bank my schedule of charges, I did include the 8% interest column. By my calculations they owe me £1381. Their letter telling me about the 'gesture of goodwill' refund of £1045 said they wouldn't pay interest or fees. Even subtracting these 2 exclusions, they still owe me some money but what I'm confused about is, should I just now ask for the remainded because obviously I've received a fair chunk of it, or do the small claims court need to know the full initial amount? Any advice very welcome! Anna
  2. Hello, Thanks to hours spent on this helpful website, 2 letters and one month, I got £1045 from the Co-Op bank. Which is great, I'm out of overdraft for the 1st time in 13 years! Slight trouble is, they actually owe me £1380.25 in total once the 8% interest in calculated. Am steeling myself for the MCOL stage of the process but unsure if I should now just give details to the courts of the difference or whether they'll need to know about all the charges. Can anyone advise me? Thank you very much
