Hi, im in the same boat as you, though you are three days ahead of me my MCOL was issued on 22 served on 27th October. I got acknowledgment nothing as yet. Im not going to start panicking until at least 21days is up on the served date which will be 17 November. Keep the faith!!

Hello Prelim sent 25/9 LBA sent 9/10 MCOL Issued 23/10 Served 28/10. DG Solicitors have said they intend to defend the claim. Do i need to send them copies of anything i have previously sent to HSBC or should i wait for them and see them in court?

Yes I got the exact same letter and booklet about 3 days after my prelim letter landed. Coincidence? hmmmm? I ignored it and yesterday sent my LBA.
