  1. Hi RBS/Mint's time is up on their LBA, but they replied to it a week after I sent it to them saying they would look into it and get back to me within 2 weeks. Should I :- A. Give them another week as per their timescales. (and expect to get standard reply) B. Call them to see if they have come to a decision before I do C. C. File money claim today. Thanks Boberty
  2. Great idea, I've already sent 1 S.A.R. off but i'll do that with the next ones. AlanC
  3. I have changed the last paragraph of my SAR to read as follows:- If there is specific information which you require in order to satisfy yourself as to my identity, please let me know by return. However, please note that the above former address is the one which you normally use to communicate my private business to me and which you have hitherto found to be acceptable. I have a postal redirection on this address to my new address. What do you think?
  4. Yes, I have a redirection on my mail, but wondered if I told them at the outset that I had moved this would make the latter stages of my claim easier.
  5. Hi All I'm about to start claiming back the money from my numerous credit cards that I've had over the years. Before I get going though, I need to check what I should do about a change of address. Most of the cards were closed well before moving house which I did 2 months ago. When I send my subject asscess requests to them all, I just know they are going to use the address change as delaying tactics. Do I just put my new address and below put "Formerly Of" below? Also, I've got lots of charges from a RBS card, obviously this is Scotland. Should I leave this one for now? Thanks Bob
