I too am commencing an action against Lloyds TSB. Can anyone tell me where to find a suitable form 'letter before action'? My claim is likely to be substantial, because I understand you can go back six years and my bank has been 'at it' for most of that time! From statement to hand, I have identifed several hundred pounds and plan to request a full schedule from them, as I believe is my right under the Data Protection Act. Having arrived at this site via FOOLMAIL, I gather you have a library of Form Letters. Can someone tell me how to find them? Many Thanks BSR
