  1. well i phoned them and they said someone will phone me in the next 48 working hours which is by tuseday they also confirmed its for the full amount and would be a direct deposit and I just need to sighn the letter they should of sent to me by now. bookeeper it would be best to read the instructions on the website as i wouldn't be able to explain it that well.
  2. just posting to say hello i have already made my claim to Natwest which is getting a bit of a run around i first went to the branch which was rejected on the spot. I then sent a letter demanding what i was owed (didn't need telling what i was owed as i have all my statments going all the way back to 1998) trouble was i sent the recorded letter in the middle of december and it didn't turn up there untill early january. I gave them the benefit of the dought and gave them 14 days from the post date on the reply letter they sent me at which time i phoned them up and they told me that a letter was being sent with an offer. I waited another week then phoned again and was told that the offer will be for the full amount of the demand and that was a week ago so i will be phoning them again today to find out were the letter is:cool:
