I am starting my campaign for the meager amount £114 of unfair charges from the Natwest. I too will be starting a post on this most useful website this weekend. I've already requested the amount back by letter to my branch manager and received a letter, which reads more like a penpal letter than a letter from a manager.I guess I'll be receiving a few more that are more official.
