I'd just like to start by saying what a great site. So many stories and Good Luck to everyone pursuing their goals. Having spent many hours and drinking buckets of coffee reading through the threads and advice, we have decided to take up the cause. We have banked with Shabbey now for about 10 years and have been ripped off by them since day one, but, together with a lot of people we assumed we could do nothing about this until we heard about this site. So many others have had the courage to stand up for themselves (with the help and assistance of the mods of course ) that we felt we should do the same. Anyway due to the dilligence of my better half who keeps all our paperwork neatly filed away, we already have the six years worth of statements, so no need to go through the efforts of getting the relevent paperwork from Shabby which I understand takes some time. We are concentrating on my account charges which total £2626 to which I have sent (nervously!!) the first request for payment today. I shall of course keep everybody updated and once again Thanks to everybody who has contributed and helped on this site to give us newbies the courage to progress. Paul 1158
