  1. Hi NINIAN2712, Just reading your post, I have recieved the exact same letter albeit dated 12th May with the very same hearing date and time. I wonder if the judge will be conducting a large directions hearing altogether. Just out of interest what action have you taken before attending court (if indeed you are attending). I'm a little lost as to what to do prior to this hearing. Regards mog699
  2. Hi, Received a General Form of Judgement or Order from Cardiff County Court recently (Is this normal?) with regard to a bank charges claim made againt RBoS. Filed MCOL originally they entered a defence Cobbetts are acting on their behalf. No mention of an AQ, again is this normal? Do I need to call the court and check with them? The details on the order are minimal, Do I need to produce a court bundle x 3? I'm slightly lost and scared of what to do next really. Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
  3. Hi, In short, gone down the road with RBoS and no response 14 days after Prelim, Sent LBA, then had a letter during the 14 days saying we are looking into your complaint. 14 days up, filed MCOL for full amount plus interest. Had letter yesterday (day after MCOL was served) referring back to Prelim 'blah de blah' here is your money, without interest. Question's Has anyone else experienced this poor adherence to timescales? Should I accept and pull the MCOL? (Don't really want to it cost me £120) What do I say to them regarding their letter of settlement? Is there a template for this scenario? Would appreciate any ideas/comments. Cheers
  4. Hi, Looking for some assistance/guidance!! I have gone through the whole scenario with Crap one for 2 accounts. I have followed the correct procedure right from the start regarding letters and timing. I now find myself with 2 Acknowledged court cases and a second round of partial refund offer letter from R Udy!!! He acknowledges my letter and of the fact that I was not happy with the first offer but says this is all he can do. (Not his precise words) but hey!! So what do I do? Write for the second time that I'll accept only as part payment for the full refund and mention that I currently have a court case open against them? (I'm sure they are aware as they have acknowledged the case) Or shall I leave them and just wait until the 28 days are up? Is this just a last ditch effort on their part to try and settle for less than the full amount? Anybody been in the same situation? I know i'm close to nailing the buggers but just need some reassuring, please, anyone!!!! If i should write to them does anyone have a template for the letter that should include accept as partial payment and by the way you need to settle the rest according to case number by this date!!! Thanks in advance
