Hello all, my first post I'm hoping...in fact - going - to reclaim my bank charges from LloydsTSB!! However i've only got statements for the last 3 years so i'm unsure how much to claim... I was told on MSE just to ask for ALL charges to be returned...but i'd rather claim an actual figure. I don't think it's gonna be more than a few hundred though but still.... Do i need to order old statements to check charges...? How much will this cost? Many thanks in advance ;-) X
