:-| Hi guys, Just wanted to post my first thread and say hi as a new member of this forum, and hoped someone out there could maybe help me with a couple of questions. As the title suggests I'm about to take on the Halifax and LTSB in order to reclaim bank account charges. I have received statements from the Halifax and have gone through them all and listed all of the charges. I noticed however on the step by step guide something about a letter that you should send requesting a list of charges? Q1 - Do I still need to send this initial letter requesting information, or can I use the information gained from the statements?? I've read a bit about 8% interest. Q2 - What does this refer to exactly? Q3 - Do I have to send all of my letters by recorded delivery? And finally, I would really appreciate advice from anyone who has dealt with the Halifax and LTSB thus far and to know how you got on with them. I.E. did you get your money back and how difficult/easy was it dealing with them? Thanks!! Bmum
