I Keep Recieving letters from

DEBT MANAGERS LTD.

Asking for £370.32 To be paid to Aktiv Kapital First Investment.

when i phoned them they couldnt tell me what it was for so i refused to pay they are still sending me letters and its rather annoying!

please help!

i got a letter after the court date

basicalyt saying lloyds wernt admitting they are unlaful ! and i should have told the court it was settled b4!

LLoyds Tsb are fu*king wa*kers

on the 5th i phone up and am told i can have a overdraft on

6th im told i cant (when i apply)

on 7th i try again (no luck)

on 20th overdrawn 1.96(no overdraft)

22nd Recive letter £30 charge - transfer £10 into account

27-29th? overd4rawn again some how!!!!!!hone bank to day and am told i have another £30 charge

i told them im fed up of putting money into there account and to close it (as usual i got a flipping foriegn person who has just learnt there ABC's

so £60 in 4 days when i transfered money the next day to cover it what expenses bar a letter have the had ?? even thats probly done by a machine

yes! nearly ive lost my dpa lba and spread sheets!!!!

gotta dedo them ill pop a note in saying to copies of origional letters but they follow same line!

i scribled on statements tho:O + how do i get 3 copies of statements

they arnt meant to be ready until the eng of august "another 3 weeks"

this morning i was called att work by dfs, thje man said my sofas would arrive tomorrow and there must be sombody in all day to wait as they arnt sure what time they will arrive i said will it morning or afternoon he said after 8am before 9pm and then rudly put me on hold without another word, i waited after a short while he answered and i said is there no other day i can get them delivered as the house we are buying isnt ours yet, he said we can change the delivery place if it close, but there being delivered tomorrow thats it.

can they say stay in for 13hrs ???

Can they refuse change delivery date??

why are the being like this???

how do i store them somewere eles ??

phoned halifax card services and told them to refund or ill take there asses to court she said we wont pay up can i take them to court without the LBA being sent
