Can anyone tell me how to claw my charges back...? I have sent a letter threatening legal action if they don't refund my charges. They have of course ignored this, so how do I actually start the ball rolling...? Is it through the small claims court..? I want to do it all myself and not use no win no fee solicitors. Or should I use the solicitors...? If I do will I have to pay them a percentage of my reclaimed ammount...? Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
