I want to proceed and claim back any charges that i am due from the bank, but i know that if i do it myself i will only muck it up,as i want to do this right is there anyone that could help me through the whole process for a small fee??????????????????? Thanks alison

sorry only new and prob all ready been asked before, but before i start with asking the royal bank for a statement of bank charges, i wanted to ask a few Q. 1 :can or will the royal bank cancel my account? has this happened to anyone who has done this? 2 : where do i find the template to send to the royal bank asking for a statement over the last 6 years and whats the charge. from there is there a guide to help me from step to step ie letter templates timescales , i want to be 100% accurate in chasing them. i did try to have a look around the site but im a little lost, i had a look at the spread sheet for adding the charges and interest too but that just terrified me, do not have a clue how it works lol. (typical blonde) any help will be greatly appreciated. love alison x

first of all can i say weel done west.. i felt stressed for you just reading this post, i am now so inspired to chase the royal bank to see if i can get my charges back as well, although i must admit i am to blame for some of the charges, not too sure where to start with RBS but it all seems really stressfull. but well done again west - and can i say what a fantastic site i recon this will give me a lot of good advise if anyone can give me tips on where to start i would be much appreciated Thanks
