  1. Errr.....since I sent my prelim letter in I've had another charge added to my account. Do I add it on to my schedule now?
  2. Well, kind of I'm just going to log my action against Lloyds here as I'm letting my deadlines slip due to distraction and I figure if it is all logged here then I can keep a closer check on it 02/08/06 - Letter sent requesting charges 01/09/06 - Charges received 01/09/06 - Preliminary letter plus charges schedule sent 07/09/06 - Letter received advising a 14 day reply 20/09/06 - Letter received attempting to fob me off And this, my friends, is where it has stopped because I need to get my backside back in gear. I have, unfortunately, had my hard drive replaced since starting all of this so have lost my charges schedule and my copy letters (BACK UP!!). So I am now off to prepare another charges schedule and to send off my LBA - a bit scary but I neeeeeeeeeeeeeed that money
  3. Sorry for the delay, but thanks for that I've now sent off my letter requesting the refund and attaching my schedule of charges and have now received a letter saying "your complaint has been noted and we anticipate to have a reply for you within 14 days" I guess this is a stalling tactic but should I still make them stick to *my* 14 day deadline or go with their new deadline??
  4. I am sure that you have all heard these stories a million times now, but, at the moment, I have just one simple question for you all (no guarantees that there won't be more to follow though ), if anyone would be so kind as to answer. I've today received a response from Lloyds (hear those groans!) listing all of my charges taken over the last 6 years. Can I claim back service charges? These appear to have only been charged in 2001 so makes me wonder whether they were necessary
