well today, i have sent off that data protection letter, asking for a full list of charges, so i will start again when i get their response i guess. do you think i have mucked it up now, and lost my chance R

i sent the standard letter in, and they replied saying they would not pay. what do i do now? help ! thx ritchie

what do i do now, i sent the "library" letter in asking for a return of £1300, they have offered me £70 do i give up and accept? cheers ritchie
