  1. Hey Shaz, thank you very much for the reply. I haven't had a chance to update this until now as I have been away. But lo and behold the very next morning I had a parcel delivered with the statements I requested in.... well that is not quite true to be honest. What I actually received was my statements from Jan 2000-Oct 2001. And after that, for each of my two accounts, I received a summary of all charges up until the present day. I luckily had statements from Oct 2001-July 2002 with which I could check my account, and thereafter I could use my online statements to check my accounts myself.. This I did. It did seem to match the summary they gave me. So I am ready to begin my claim now for both my accounts. One odd thing that I noticed though - was that they also sent me my statements going back to 1996. I have been reading on this in the forums and it seems that opinion is mixed to whether or not claims can be made this far back. Has anyone had Lloyds TSB send them statements going back this far? And if so, should I include this in my claim? Or is it outside of the scope of what I am trying to claim for? Many thanks, Parlezpip.
  2. Hiya all, Firstly, can I say, from reading through the threads in the forums, I am amazed and enpowered by the level of upport that everyone has been giving to one another. It is brilliant stuff. Well I have begun with my SARS request letter. I sent it off last month on September 11th. I checked out a number of addresses people had kindly supplied. In the end I went with this one: Chris Brown Lloyds TSB Copy Statement Unit Swallow House 10 Swallow Street Birmingham B1 2AL It has now been 29 days and I wondered can anyone give me some advice: Should I try and ring them and ask if my request has been processed? Also I enclosed a cheque as the £10 fee. Is that a satisfactory form of payment? Many thanks, Parlezpip.
  3. Hi all, I have been reading through your posts and seems as if I am at the same stage as you all. I sent my D.P. letter off to Chris Brown Lloyds TSB Copy Statement Unit Swallow House 10 Swallow Street Birmingham B1 2AL recorded delivery. I posted this letter on the 11th September - so that's 23 days thus far. I also enclosed a cheque (I wasn't sure this was the correct form of payment) for £10. Should I keep sitting tight and waiting? Or should I give someone a nudge? Cheers, Parlezpip.
