  1. Thanks Welly Found lots of help there! Jules
  2. Thanks folks that makes me feel much happier about it. It's quite bizarre there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to them at all. Sometimes I get a maintenance charge sometimes I dont, some times it £20 charges other times its £28. I don't think even they know what they're doing! Do you know if anyone has tried to claim more than 5years back in Scotland? Good luck with your claims too! Jules
  3. Cheers for that davg, guess I'll chance my arm with them. I'm just putting my schedule together at the moment. Good luck with yours too. Jules
  4. Hi folks Really relieved to find a Scottish forum, cause never sure what's relevant up here in no man's land! Can someone please help? I have plenty of charges for excess o/d for between £20 and £28., but I also have maintenance charges of £8.50 for every month I was overdrawn. Can anyone tell me what the difference is and can I claim for these too?
  5. :confused:Hey folks, not only am I new to this site, I'm also new to threads or posts or whatever this is I'm doing! I've spent hours trawling through the site and got loads of great info to start tackling Bank of Scotland but I'm still a bit confused. Hope someone can help. I've got lots of charges for being in excess of overdraft (£20 and £28 ) but I also have a maintenance charge on every month I was overdrawn (£8.50). Should I also be claiming this back? The other thing is does anyone know if it is legal to make several claims to the small claims court in Scotland just because you're claiming more than £750? Sorry if this is mentioned already somewhere but I can't find it!
