T-Mobile have charged £182.46 as an early termination penalty to someone I am helping with their debts. Can I challenge this like bank charges as a disproportionate term under the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts regs? What do you advise as the way forward?

Hi Anyone due to see them in court this month? I think I have seen a few references to hearings on 22 Feb. Mine is on 23 Feb. Just strikes me that they're not going to able to defend more than one (or two?) per day.
