hi alll i got a letter back from neil Mckirdy on 30th oct stating they re-opened my case due to my last letter of 25th oct asking for final payment of charges or court action would follow anyone else had this or should i just go ahead now with court action -
Hi there, i recieved a letter back from clydesdale stating they will not at all refund any charges and if i go ahead with court action they wiil counterclaim as i never ran my account properly? Is this just a standard fob off letter and do i sent my letter before action to my own branch or to the data controller? please help thanks

hi igot reply from sar and the bank said We note your request for disclosure of data relating to manual intervention on your account. This is not data which you are entitled to recieve under a data subject access request and accordingly no such disclosure will be made. Should i request this again as i no there was manual intervention -
