  1. dont know if anyone can advise me on what to do. I have just received an application for charging order on land or property from a solicitor working on behalf of nationwide building society. The solicitor is taking me to court to collect £1696.00 which I owe to Nationwide. I on the other hand am fighting Nationwide in court at the moment to recover bank charges of £3000.00 they have taken from my account. I have got a court date from the solicitor to appear in court which is fine with me, however I am not quite so happy with the order they have put on my property. Can anyone advise me on what to do. Thanks in advance for your help
