Hi there this is my first post,but noticed your request as its relevant to my situation I was with Barclays but switched to First Direct about two and a half years ago and like you I had no records of my 2 account numbers with Barclays. I called First Direct and asked them how long i had been with them which they told me. Because I knew I had to change all my direct debits and standing orders when switching I though there would be a good chance First Direct would have my old bank details with Barclays. I just asked the question and the lady on the phone at First Direct gave me both my Barclays old account numbers and the sort code. Hope it works for you Jay
