hi, at the risk of sounding stupid, i would like to confirm that my understanding of the current situation is correct. Any comments or ammendments will be appreciated. here goes; If (as i do) you live in scotland, and are claiming against a bank based in scotland (BOS), you can use the english court system and the money claim web site as long as you have an english mailing address, and if this is the case, you can then claim for up to Six years and for up to £5,000. I have searrched the forum and have come across differing advice on this matter, and i think it would help all those in scotland with higher value claims if this point could be clarified. many thanks in anticipation steverinoa:wink:

can i submit several claims at the same time rather than waiting for each one to be settled in the small claims court in scotland. i expect to be going for over £4000 which would take quite a while if i were to wait for each claim to be settled prior to submitting the next. i would like to stay within the small claims procedure though. steverinoa
