  1. :?Can anyone help me??? :? having sent my prelimary action letter aong with my schedule of charges llyods wrote back to me saying that they will not refund my money and if i wish to continue this further then i must go the fincial ombudsman and this is there final response!!! do i now continue with the letter before action or just go straight ahead and take them to small claims court?? Have tried to see what other people have done but when reading what the banks usal responses they dont say anything about it being their "final response"
  2. so i should just go ahead and file a lawsuit? (and a letter saying "In directing your customer to switch from an ongoing county court lawsuit to the Banking Ombudsman, are you Lloyds TSB, sir, trying to demonstrate contempt for the county court judge, contempt for the law of England?") i havent taken any further action since i received this letter as the response i got confused me as when i have read faq's and other posts the letter they sent me dosent seem to be their standard response!!
  3. hey chris!!! am going through the same thing you did!! i like you used the internet to get all my details for the charges, sent my premlinary letter. I have now had my response from lloyds who told me that "this our final response." and if i still wasent happy then i should go to the fincial ombudsman!!! am so confused!! should i now send the LBA letter or go the ombudsman???????

Well i used the template from the libary, and sent witht the breakdown of my charges but was sent a letter back a final response letter that they would not refund my charges!! what options do i have now??? they have told me that if i am not happy with their reponse i should go to the fincial ombudsman. is that the right course of action to take or should i try to take them to court??? did anyone see working lunch on bbc2 today?? they clearly said that bank chrges are illegal and all of us fighting to get them back are entilted!!! the girl they interviewed sent 3 letters all to no avail but recieved all of her bank charges back and the fee for taking them court!! should i just go staight ahead and do that????

  6. am in desperate need of help!! have tried reading through the information on the website which has defintley made things clearer.... but am still confused (and poor!!) would any one be able to give me an example of how the letter trying to claim back charges should be written!?!?!?!? and what information it should contain!!! can take no more bank charges!! am at the point now where i cant manage my money because of the excessive charges im getting every month!! This month has reached the peak with me totting up an astounding £190!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Someone help me out!! - if anyone has got any drafts or exaples of letters you would be my saviour!!................
