As i understand it the courts feel 14 working days is sufficient, so i worked to that. Any other advice from other peoples experiences though?

All First post here, but I have followed everything to the letter. Everyone out there, if you're a little uneasy, just make sure you follow the FAQ to the letter and timelines especially, and do the Data Protection Act request, document all your charges, fill in the spreadsheet, do the LBA, send the Moneyclaim (sort the interest at 8%) and wait.... Happy days for me and just waiting on my girlfriends statements to get the ball rolling. I am now almost £4000 better off!! Party time tonight. :o :o :o :smile: Now over to the donation page.
