Please help what do I do next, I issued on line and have received and acknowledment of service, ect. Thismorning I received the defence and request for more details from Cobbetts (part 18). I wrote the response as suggested staing that I was not willing to answer the CPR part 18, and that the request was intimatadory. Please can you advise me what to do next, and indeed I should send a copy of my reply to the court and indeed complain that I have supplied this information in correspondece to the bank and complain that I belive this just to be a delaying tactic.
