Hi I am currently disputing a default placed on my credit file by Co-op Bank. I have asked for a copy of my original CCA and a notice of assignment. They have replied that they are not able to locate any of the documentation bowever as they supplied a copy on account opening and on 21/07/11 they will rely on these documents. I did not receive the doc on 21/07/11 (hence the reason for this request) and also there is no reference to the notice of assignment. Please can anyone advise where we go from here? Thank you njc12
