Hi, Today HSBC settled all my bank charges going back six years, which calculated to £1003.41. I wrote to them stating my case, checked there figures against mine and then agreed to the above settlement. I started this procedure back on 20th September 2006 and all was settled today the 27th October 2006. I would like to thanks this forum for the advise and the documentation which helped me to win my charges back. Thank you.

How long does it take to complete a claim for critical illness insurance, My brother has cancer and is still waiting for his insurer to pay up. Is there a time scale? What should he do, any ideas. Thanks Sharon:sad:
