  1. Hi PLEASE HELP I have filed a claim against the Bank of Scotland NOT RBOS. I have got to the stage of commencing court proceedings. When I filed online through moneyclaim they sent acknowledgement letter to me but under separate cover, sent me the defence claim form from the court for BOS. I contacted them as I assumed this should have been sent to BOS as they are the defendant and they informed me the address I entered was incorrect. I have used a scottish address (600 Gorgie St) and they have informed me that I should use a local branch address (in England) as the law is different in Scotland. However, they advised that should the form come back again, they cannot help me further. Does anybody know what to do at this stage? Has anybody experieced this 'Scottish law being different issue' ? I have now sent the claim form to my local branch but they have said that the BOS's in England are now Halifax. Any help would be appreciated. THANK YOU
