HI everyone, My name is Rachael, and I have not long posted my DPA letter to the Halifax. I won't give grizzly details, or a sob story, as you are all in same boat. I am seriously considering taking on the MBNA also (Abbey card). We are currently with the CCCS because of our troubles, so at least if we win some money, it will go a long way towards our creditors! Hi Dave P this is my first post! We are with CCCs at moment, but be warned! We have An Abbey card (MBNA) that are one of our creditors. We pay what we can through CCCS, They get £33.57 pm. They are STILL charging us £150 interest pm!!!! I have just started ball rolling with claiming from Halifax, and I think I will start ball rolling with these guys!! P.S The CCCS have been great!!
