I'm just about to send off my first letters to First Direct and also Intelligent Finance. I realise that this could lead to court, however, is it vital that I read the forum inside out? Couldn't I just chance my arm initially and then swot up if it comes to that? I mean, isn't it likely that they may just pay out without any hassle? Also, I'm worried that because the charges were all my fault can't they just tell me to get lost?? Thanks in advance for your help.
