Hi NWANOKU I Started at MoneySavingExpert.com ad-free, free to use, Consumer Revenge! it has a great article on how to reclaim bank charges (its 2nd or 3rd article down the main home page). The article links to this site and explains how to use the letter templates which are in the Librasry section of this site. All you do is fill in your personal details the letter and away you go! I've spent a few hours now reading through this web site and its great - full of usefull info. I feel confident i'll get something back off my bank who recently charged me 280 alone in stupid stuff.
