Hi there, I just joined this group yesterday and have been reading up on all the info. I must have been charged thousands by the YB over the last 6 years and have always been infuriated when it has been their charges that have put me overdrawn, which then entitles them to charge me another £8 per day for the privilige until I can afford to get the account back into the black, which gets more difficult with each day and each additonal £8! I am keen to get my own claim underway and will start with the SAR request, but one thing I am concerned about: I do have a poor credit rating and would probably struggle to get another bank account easily - I don't even have a debit card with the YB, just a cashcard (although didn't they send a letter out earlier this year saying all cashacrds are being withdrawn and being replaced by debit cards?). So I am just a bit worried that if I go down this route, I could end up with no bank account at all if they close my account. Has anyone been threatened with this or have they done this to anyone?
