Hi, sent RBOS all the paperwork and Letter before action got a letter back saying sorry I haven't been happy with the service offered me £50 compo for £405 charges. I wrote back and said I wasn't happy with that they wrote back and said they wouldn't be increasing there offer and they would send me a Final letter so I could take it up with the Banking Ommbudsman...??? Bit stuck to be honest? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
