Hi, Just put the initial letter in the envelope along with my bank statements with all the charges highlighted and an Excel spreadsheet outlining all the charges. Will post later today..... Im owed £3590.50, most of which was charged to me because they sent me overdrawn by charging me. Just a note for those who dont know...You do not have to pay £10 to get the last 6 years statements, you can request them on line. There is an option to request Duplicate Statements.
