I have had a Dorothy Perkins store card account since 1985 and only recently in the last few months cancelled by PPI on it. As I have now cancelled it does this mean I can't claim. If I can I will also be following the process starting with the SAR?

I updated my spreadsheet to include the 8% interest and added this amount to the MCOL form. It automaticaly adds the £120 fee on to the total being claimed. I sent the spreadsheet by recorded delivery to MCOL as there was no way to attach. Keep going on to your claim on the MCOL website to check when it was served. The court sent me a letter telling me when it was served to Halifax and the date they had to respond by. within 7 days of Halifax being served the court sent me a letter telling me Halifax intended to fully defend the claim, then the next day all the money I was claiming was refunded to my account!

Can someone tell me where/how to do the claim online please - is there a website I need to go to - I have read all the FAQ's and looked for links but am totally stuck. Thanks

I have just received my bank statements and am about to put all the charges onto the spreadsheet, however my bank statements just say 'charges as notified' so I don't know if it was for unauthorised overddraft or a cleared transaction. What description do I put in the spreadsheet? Thanks.

Hi, can I claim my charges for unauthorised overdraft fee's (£28 per month) and for when they have paid a debit card payment when it took me over the overdraft limit (£30 per item)? Thanks.

Hi, after receiving more charges this month, I have decided that I am going to try to get a refund on my bank charges. I have prepared the letter to access my list of transactions, but can you let me know is the charge still £10? Thanks
