It has been necessary to refer your letter to Bank's Customer Relations Unit, who will investigate your case and respond to you directly in the next 10 working days. Signed Mrs S.Morrey Has anyone else had this response? and can anyone tell me if you are in receipt of a Disability Benefit if you have to pay for taking this into Court. Hurray.......... My statements finally arrived this morning..one for every five days for the past 6 years..... Could you please answer a couple of questions, I have read the FAQs but am totally confused, and I not normally this dim...LOL 1} As I understand it I cannot claim back my UAB fee of £14 2} My account was taken over by Debt collectors to which I pay back a sum every month....are these the people I should inform as to what I am doing as I know I will be claiming back more than I owe them:oops: Am off now with the marker pen in hand.. Hiya, Been waiting for a reply to my telephone call.....finally arrived today, saying they sent out the statements in August... Now where have I heard that before....... So am now awaiting the supposedly 2nd batch to arrive, having told them they have 7 days in which to get them to me... Danes

HI, everyone, Today was the 40th day for the Halifax, still no statements. Telephoned them...they are now saying they had been sent out on the 5th of this month. Going to resend them.... Is this the norm, or just my bad luck. They also asked where we got the letter from...was it the web.....must be getting used to them...LOL Lets just wait and see now.

HI, Received reply from Halifax to day, requesting a £5 fee for admins, although they already have authoritiy to deduct £10 from my account. Suppose this is a delaying tactic. Does this mean I have to wait another 40 days? We will see I suppose, and I will keep you all informed

Hi, Just joined the site, after chatting to friend who is so far successfully, proceeding to sue her bank................have totted up 7 months of statements so far and guess what they have charged me over £390 so far!!!! DPA letter going off today Watch this space. Danes
