I was just about to send my spreadsheet and and 1st approach for payment to Capital One, but after reading your thread about the spreadsheet from Vampiress, i'm not sure if i've filled in the correct one, i've just used the standard one levying the 8% interest. i've seen reference to compound interest etc, and never being particularly good at maths it's all starting to go over my head!! Hi ...joined recently, trying to get onto the forum am going round in circles!!! if you read this i have succeeded. Need to access a printable version of the letter which goes to bank with the details of my claim for excess charges . Can find it on the site but dont know how to print it. Please can anyone help?
