Just to keep you all imformed..recieved my statments in the post yeserday. And yes the nice royal mail put it in a clear plastic bag as the wrapping was torn and tattered..Anyway, had a quick look, and the charges could be nearly £3000.. less than i thought they might be.. So ive been looking at the spreadsheets. and it just looks too confusing.. can i just leave off my overdraft interest.. Back to the spreadsheet ..And ill keep you updated

Hi all. Ive been banking with Nat West for well over 10 years now, so have probably paid thousands in charges.. Not including a loan they talked me into taking from them to cover overdrafts and rising charges..I understand that you can only claim back charges from the past 6 years. But i fear these may add up to more than the £5000 that can go through the small claims.. Should i claim for fewer years to keep my claim under this amount.. Just wrote my SAR ready for posting.. Do i write my cheque to National Westminster Bank Plc:confused:
