  2. Hi There Started this new thread to keep you updated on progress of my claim. Sent my DPA request via Email 2 weeks ago. Got a reply today asking for £10 to pay for this and that they (LlloydsTSB) have 40 days to provide this information. I will post more upon receipt of the information Good luck to everyone Regards Rigger
  3. Hi Jules, What I would suggest is that you contact your local Citizens Advice. If you do not feel you are able to do this then i would suggest you look at http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk. On this site you will find everything you need including sample letters to write to solve your problems. Hope this helps. Dont let the B*****ds get you down Regards Rigger
  4. I would suggest any e-mails that you send to the bank you obtain a delivery receipt and also a read receipt. Print these off and keep a copy as back up. just in case of any denial that they have received it. I did this when emailing TSB on the 10th with my charges request letter and have a receipt to prove they received it. Also got the response that it had been passed onto Keith Bowden, Service Recovery fo processing.
