Hi all, I have just registered so this is all new to me so any help will be greatly appreciated! My problem is with "BANK CHARGES!" My account is a students account and I have been getting charged for returned direct debits and going over my agreed overdraft. These charges have been put on my account every month for at least 5 years so i am guessing I won't be able to claim back that far, will I? Thanks, Luke.
