    Got nothing from Fd went on moneyclaim and sued for £4120. 2nd december Got letter saying would defend it on 5th December. Got letter 7th december from DG soliciotrs offering me £2076.50. Today I have sent letter advising i will accept in part but want full amount so looking good

    Hi Guys I have just sent my LBA today after having my request for £3315 declined saying this is terms and conditions very similar to others on here. Can i add interest after it goes to court or should i have already done it thanks guys
