some advice needed please! After sending off my MCOL I have received a notice that acknowledgement of service has been filed against the halifax and that they intend to defend the claim. Is it normal for Halifax to do this? Are they just hoping I will loose my nerve and drop my claim? Does anyone know of Halifax going all the way? Any help appreciated! Cheers.

Hi everyone Do you send the same S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) template letter for credit cards as you do for bank accounts. I have sent my SAR letter to Halifax so just waiting for my statements to arrive but want to claim from Barclaycard and Netwest for my credit card charges. I am new to the site so any help greatly appreciated!
