Bank of Scotland didn't turn up at court so i was awarded a decree against them for over £740.00, i've phoned them to let them know and still have not heard from them. Should i now go to the Sheriff Officers for them to enforce it

After such a quick replay to my first letter i have heard nothing since, they have now had 14 days since the second letter so the small claims papers went into the court today. Will keep you all posted

Letter by return from the local branch manager this morning, says he has forwarded my letter immediately to customer relations dpt in Rosyth who will now deal with the contents of it. He says my concerns will be dealt with as quickly as possible.

Just sent of my first letter to claim back £4869.00 from the Bank of Scotland, will let you know what happens next.

Seen Martin's website on GMTV on Thursday morning and have since went through five years bank statements with £5k in charges with the Bank of Scotland. So here goes. Can any one tell me where the first letter goes to, is it the local branch or somwhere more central.
