Following some advice have today filed a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman Service as well as with the ICO. Have sent them recorded delivery today, along with a letter to Barclaycard adiving them of this and including copies of the complaints I have filed. I also told them that I am fully prepared to commence a County Court action under section 8, and section 15(2) of the DTA, should this prove necessary. Wait and see how this one pans out. Has anybody got any further advice for me?

I recieved a microfiche letter in mid-July to which I responded with a letter similar to this http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...-argument.html I recieved another letter from Barclaycard today basically saying they aren't budging so I've lodged a complaint with the ICO. Doesn't quite seem like enough to me, and I want to take further action. Would welcome any advice... and yes, I would be very interested in taking group action. Please PM me.
