ok, progress being made. i may as well start my own thread rather than ask odd questions lloyds have sent me their AQ, asking me to send mine to them as stated, i didnt copy my AQ when i hand delivered it to the court. is that a big problem? two further questions/obeservations 1. they have ticked the box for yes for a month delay for settelemtn 2. they reckon they cant do hearings until late feb - they are wan%%$s anyway, can i call them up now saying - go on, settle then or should i wait for a court date thanks RD

about to do my moneyclaim i have stetments going back 6 years, 2 letters written to lloyds 14 days apart proof of postage of these 2 letters break down of charges claimed for what do i do now?

6 years?? thats another 400 quid can i stick this onto the amount claimed or do i start again with the letters?

i started my correspondence with lloyds in august and included charges for sept/oct 2001 these are new beyond 5 years (about to do moneyclaim), can i still include these charges to be repaid also, do i add the cost of moneyclaim at the beginning to amount claiming thanks rick

i applied online for a parachute account (my term, not theirs), was successful and got paper work through before i replied, i had sent 4 initial payment letters to certain institutions, halifax have now written saying basically they dont want my business i dont think any of the businesses I wrote to have links with halifax they are american express virgin card lloyds FD any views?

i wrote to mbna virgin and reclaimed 150 now credited to my account as my balance is 150 in credit now, they have written to me changing my interest rate to 30% on any borrowing Is this legal
