Hi David I had no reply to prem letter or LBA...Then i filed MCOL 25th Sept, i had a fob off letter 2 days after, then DG filed a defence 2 days before their 28days were up. Received Allocation Questionnaire last week, and heard nothing since. I have until the 13th November to send it back. (Another £100!)...It seems like it is going on forever!

Hi Tracey DG Defended 2 days before i was due to win by default....I was asked for a breakdown of charges 19th October, which i sent back the next day, then a defence was entered on the 26th October...Ive heard nothing since apart from an AQ which i received on the 27th October..Not gonna send this back till next week though as its another £100 which i really havent got!!! gonna wait till last minute incase they decide to make an offer before.....

Hi Prince Buster I received my Allocation Questionnaire last week 27/10...but like yourself i am waiting at least a week before returning, as it seems they are making offers not long after AQ are issued....Well Im hoping!!! As i really cant be affording £100 again!!! Good Luck

Allocation Questionnaire received yesterday...Any suggestions as to whether i should hang out a little longer as it doesnt have to be returned until the 13th november?? Or if i should just send it back..I really dont want it to drag out much longer:confused:

WELL DONE STEPHEN!!!! Ive had a look at MCOL this morning and HSBC have now entered a defence!!! How much longer......... Ill be the one that ends up going to court!!!

Their 28 days is up the end of next week....They have only acknowledged the claim not defended.....Anyone have any idea what the next step will possibly be?????
