I have been with RBOS since Oct 2003 but on 22 Feb 2005 I was granted my petition for bankruptcy the account I hold with RBOS is a basic account with no chequebook or overdraft. Will these cause problems with me claiming my charges back.I the time I have been with the bank I have had a total of £393 in unpaid direct debits although I have manage to get them to give most of the charges (a Goodwill Refund) through making a nuisance of myself there is still £158 still outstanding. How would I fill in my charges sheet? [/b]
