Thanks matt and T4ff I'll get the letter off today. Going to encourage everyone at work to get on the bandwagon. I think the RBS can afford to payout a few more customers they have (edit) money from out of their 9.2 billion pound profits!?!

Hi All This is my first post but I have read a lot of threads which have all been extremely useful. I just have 1 question I have been sent a letter offering me a settlement in full from the RBS, which was all relatively stress free, however they want me to sign an agreement which basically states I agree with all future charges to my accounts laid down in their published tariff and if I don’t then they may have to consider whether they would consider offering me any banking facilities. What should I do? Surly they are as good as admitting the charges were illegal but then want me to sign an agreement to confirm it is ok for them to take these illegal payments from my account. Thanks to all the people who have posted in the past, thay have all been extremely useful.
