Hi everyone, Im about to begin the process of claiming back my student loan (that i still owe) and crappy wages for doing crappy work that Barclaycard thought it would be fun to take away from me when i was a down and out student, scraping my way from day to day. Ive already started the barclays bank charges using the "Sticky: 1. Data Protection Act, Subject Access Request letter - List of charges" template, however i was not sure whether or not to use the same template for barclaycard, seeing as they are not really a bank, but a credit organisation. Could somebody please link me to the correct template. Thanks and good luck to everybody.
